Career
After practising as a solicitor for several years in London, James Singer now practises as a qualified French lawyer in Paris. Following the start of his career in the telecommunications sector with the UK’s incumbent operator, James Singer then joined English telecommunications and competition law firm Towerhouse LLP.
He currently practises in Paris at BEHRING where he advises diverse telecommunications clients: consumer and enterprise fixed providers, mobile operators, MVNOs and also space clients, focusing on spectrum matters in respect of satellite networks. James Singer also acts in relation to licensing issues abroad, in particular in the context of market entry by innovating products.
