Trond Erik Solheim’s main areas of work are employment law, pension law and litigation. He has assisted many of Norway’s largest companies, pension funds and insurance companies in pension and employment law subject matters. He also has experience from several major investigation assignments. Solheim regularly provides assistance to top executives and high-ranking executives and is often sought-after in complex cases that require extensive negotiation experience and a good understanding of a wide range of legal subject matters. Solheim has very comprehensive experience in pension law issues and has been appointed as an arbitrator in several pension disputes. Trond Erik Solheim is co-author of the book Restructuring and Downsizing, Universitetsforlaget 2011. He also has experience as a lecturer, external examiner and supervisor at the University of Bergen and the University of Oslo.
