Career

In his professional career António has advised on acquisitions, mergers and spin-offs of companies, as well as in companies and groups of companies’ restructuring, covering various sectors of activity, both nationally and in cross-border transactions.

He has also advised investment funds’ management companies, private equity and venture capital, including the preparation of the respective management regulations and liaison with the regulators, advising on the development of the activities of these collective investment entities.

António also has experience in advising companies (e.g. customer litigation) and individuals in their current affairs, namely in the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts necessary for the development of their respective commercial activities.

He has worked, in particular, with clients from the Spanish and English markets.
