Søren Locher is an attorney-at-law and partner at Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine, and specialises in the areas of international arbitration, litigation, business and company law, international business law, sole agent and agency matters, and employment law.

Career

Søren Locher studied business and company law at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin in 2002, and received his LL.M in law from Aarhus University in 2004. In 2003, he began working as a legal advisor for the Ministry for Economic and Business Affairs and in 2004 as a legal advisor for the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries. In 2005, he was hired as a Senior Associate at Advokaterne Amaliegade 42. In 2007, he began his career at Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine and was admitted to the bar as an attorney. He attained the right of audience for the Danish High Court in 2008, and became a partner at Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine in 2011. In 2014, he attained the right of audience for the Danish Supreme Court.
