Irena Vinter Gregorić has been a partner in the Law Firm since 2013. As a member and team leader she participated in the implementation of a number of complex proceedings related to the mergers, acquisitions and corporate spin-off and of large companies. She has extensive experience in advising clients in all corporate, regulatory and labour law issues from different lines of business, especially from the IT, telecommunications, energy and infrastructure.
