On the real estate front, Sophie leads a strong practice focused on all matters having an underlying real estate asset, both in litigation and counselling contexts. She provides advice to Monegasque and international clients, including investors (purchase or sale of real estate), landlords and tenants for both commercial and residential real estate, as well as owners for their renovation and construction projects, including getting necessary condominium authorizations. She also assists property developers in real estate audits aiming to analyse and litigate the existence of easements, as well as banks in real estate audits where necessary. The team led by Sophie is also present in urbanistic matters in particular for Monaco based clients owning real estate in France.

Regarding her employment expertise, Sophie offers employers litigation and strategic advice on all matters relating to handling labour relations, such as assessing termination options and settlements, drafting tailored employment contracts, setting complex remuneration packages and incentives, addressing non-compete and non-solicit matters, securing confidentiality agreements, with a strong knowledge of the banking and financial sectors. She also assists employers with collective relations with staff representatives and unions in particular in employment-related matters arising from mergers, acquisitions, sales and restructuring operations, such as employment transfers or mass (or individual) redundancies with(out) voluntary departure plans.
