  • Acted for Enagás before the Spanish Competition Authority concerning merger control proceedings in two separate concentrations: the acquisition of Reganosa’s gas pipelines, and the creation of a joint venture related to the regasification plant at El Musel.
  • Represented the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) in the Super League case in the preliminary ruling before the European Court of Justice and advising it on the main proceeding before the Spanish Commercial Court in which the European Super League has sued UEFA and FIFA for infringement of competition law.
