Clients also single out ‘commercial, diligent and personable’ development expert James Knowles, who recently acted for Henry Boot Developments on its bid to develop the International Advanced Manufacturing Park in Sunderland, advised Clugston Estates on its purchase of a Manchester property through an SPV, and led advice to Gravity Fitness on the expansion of its trampoline park business including handling premises acquisitions and investment issues. Caddick Developments, Jones Lang LaSalle and Rula Developments are also clients.
