Position

I lead IM’s Serious Injury national team comprising of over 300 lawyers, sited in 12 offices and including our specialist teams – international, military and CICA.  I have personally specialised in a range of injury cases including brain injury and spinal cord injury cases.

I also have undertaken fatal, polytrauma and amputation cases. I have extensive experience in cases involving deliberate assault and child abuse. I have represented children, vulnerable adults and adult survivors of non recent child abuse.

The team’s workload consistently features catastrophic injury claims of high-value, including spinal and brain injury; clinical negligence claims; and fatalities, the scope of which London-based Jennifer Lund is experienced in. ‘Consumer champion’ Philip Banks leads in Birmingham and is experienced advising on the broad-range of cases, from road traffic to work-related accidents abroad. Senior associate Kylie Hutchison has unique expertise in sports-related injuries with in international contexts.
