Position
Louise advises on all aspects of residential property with a particular emphasis on residential investment, development and funding, high value conveyancing, landlord and tenant work (including rights of first refusal) as well as portfolio acquisitions, disposal and subsequent management issues.
She has particular experience with high-end London residential property and currently acts for property investment companies, developers, private individuals, leaseholders and lenders in the residential property sector.
Over the past year she has dealt with over £50m of Prime Central London new build property.
Career
Louise has over 10 years’ residential property experience and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2011, and a Solicitor in 2016. She joined Irwin Mitchell in January 2018 as an Associate and was previously at Wedlake Bell where she qualified and worked for 11 years. She was promoted to Senior Associate in February 2020.
