Senior Associate Solicitor – Team Leader
Career
Richard is a Senior Associate and the National Litigation Support Manager in our Court of Protection team. He is based in our London office and joined the department in 2011.
The Court of Protection team helps vulnerable people look after their financial affairs. Richard’s role includes advising and assisting people with managing personal injury damages, either through Deputyships or trusts.
He also manages our litigation support services to active personal injury matters by assisting with expert Deputyship and Trust cost witness statements.
