Position
Peter is a Senior Associate solicitor, who is also an APIL accredited Senior Litigator and Brain Injury Specialist. He represents clients who have suffered severe and catastrophic traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, as well as serious orthopaedic injuries. As a cyclist and biker himself, Peter specialises in representing vulnerable road users who have been injured in road traffic collisions; he has recently worked to prepare Irwin Mitchell’s response to the Highway Code Consultation and is a campaigner for safer cycling.
