Stephanie is an Associate in the Serious Injury Department with over 14 years’ experience in catastrophic claims.
Stephanie has conducted applications to both the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and Motor Insurers Bureau. Stephanie continues to represent clients with serious injury, but has a particular interest in sports injury claims and equine claims, which frequently entail complex liability issues.
Career
Stephanie has worked at Irwin Mitchell for over 12 years, specialising in road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public liability claims. Stephanie is a member of ACAL and also undertakes sexual abuse work bringing claims on behalf of both adult and child survivors against local authorities, children’s homes, sports and recreational clubs and the church.
Stephanie is an APIL-accredited Senior Litigator and has represented clients with life-changing orthopaedic injuries, brain injury, amputations, complex regional pain syndrome and psychiatric illness.
