Jenna is a Partner in the Medical Negligence team in our Birmingham office, although she currently lives in Staffordshire. She runs her own case load as well as supervising other solicitors. She’s worked for Irwin Mitchell since 2009 when she started as a trainee.

She acts exclusively for clients in clinical negligence cases, helping people bring claims against NHS Trusts, private practitioners and general practitioners (GPs). She runs her own varied case load, which includes cases involving:

• Stroke and profound brain damage
• Spinal injuries
• Fatalities
• Neonatal deaths
• Delay in diagnosis of cancer
• Cosmetic surgery negligence.

Jenna specialises in high-value stroke and spinal injury cases and is passionate about securing the maximum amount of compensation for her clients to help them get the rehabilitation they need, and take care of their future needs. She is particularly proud of the success she’s had at trial, even when those cases have been complicated.

Before joining the Medical Negligence team, Jenna worked with the Serious Injury team in Birmingham. This means she also had experience of dealing with high-complexity brain injury claims for both adults and children.
