Position

Craig is the chief executive of the firm’s personal legal services (PLS) division, encompassing a broad range of legal services for individuals, including personal injury, motor, family, public law, Court of Protection, private wealth, contentious trust and probate, conveyancing and retail lending services. These teams provide legal services to private individuals either directly or via a number of banks, insurance companies, building societies and other financial services organisations. In addition to the firm’s financial services partners, it partners with a host of organisations from the retail, charity and utilities sectors. Many of Irwin Mitchell’s personal legal services teams are ranked in the top tier of firms by leading independent legal guides The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
