Career

Nataliya is a recognized expert in intellectual property and civil and commercial litigation.

She has acted for domestic and international companies such as DuPont, Corteva, Dr. Reddy’s, Forbes, Google, and many others in biotech, pharma, FMCG, IT, telecom, and media industries.

Natalia secured a series of victories in Ukrainian courts in complex and precedent-setting patent, trademark, and copyright litigation matters. Her achievements include, among many other successful matters, a landmark Supreme Court case set a new approach to biosimilar vs generic medical products and the most high-profile copyright and trademark dispute settlement in the Ukrainian television market.
