Yevgen provides legal advice to both domestic and foreign companies regarding various aspects of civil law, property law, commercial law, corporate law, banking law, international private law and international arbitration. He has significant experience in debt collection in favour of clients, including mortgage and guaranty enforcement.

Yevgen specializes in civil, commercial and administrative litigation, bankruptcy proceedings and in the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. He also deals with criminal proceedings related to commercial and civil matters.

Yevgen spent 4 months in London based international law firms and Chambers, working with financial litigation and arbitration teams as well as with the QC (Queen’s Counsel) barrister focusing on commercial disputes. He also interned in the Royal Courts of Justice under the supervision of judges from the High Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal of England and Wales.
