Career

Nikolas joined the firm in 2009 and was promoted to partner in 2017. He is an expert in the areas of public law specializing in the areas of energy and environmental law, public procurement (public contracts) and privatizations. In such fields he advises and handles dispute resolution cases (before State’s Courts and Courts of Arbitration) for major international and Greek clients.

Nikolas has been involved in all privatization and public procurements procedures for which our Firm has been retained to render its services the last decade. Most recently, he has been coordinating the rendering of our services as legal advisor to HRADF in relation to the tender process for the concession of Egnatia Odos motorway and the three vertical axes, he is member of our team in relation to the privatization of AIA and he has advised and represented the clients before the Council of State in relation to the tenders regarding the award of a concession agreement for the Northern Road Axis of Crete (V.O.A.K. – Section Heraklion-Chania) and of PPP contracts for the motorways of VOAK (Section Hersonissos-Neapoli) and  Kalamata-Rizomylos-Pylos-Methoni. He has been member of our Firm’s team rendering our services in connection with the sale of the shares of PPA SA, the privatization of Hellinikon SA, the New Container Terminal of the Port of Piraeus and the Privatization of the Port of Thessaloniki

He has been involved in all our Firm’s litigation cases regarding privatization projects in the last decade and was also member of our Firm’s team in international arbitration procedures in Greece and Switzerland.
