Elli’s practice focuses on Commercial and Company law. Elli advises domestic and international clients and represents them both judicially and extra-judicially. She has considerable experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on variety of complex commercial contracts and transactional documents. Previous experience included a professional cooperation with one major legal firm based in Athens (Greece) and, in this framework, she has successfully advised a major international financial institution in relation to a cross border transaction, as well as a major multinational investment bank division in relation to capital market law (asset segregation).
