Remi Delforge is a highly regarded lawyer in Monaco since 1998 and consistently named Lawyer of the Year in particular in M&A, Corporate and Banking. He has the most extensive track record in acquisitions deals in the banking and financial sector over the last 20 years in the Principality. He is a regular Monaco correspondent of international and “Magic Circle” law firms. He regularly assists banks, funds and asset management companies in  private placements, offerings, Monaco regulatory and securities laws with particular expertise on cross-border offerings and transactions.

Remi has both law-firm (Freshfields, Eversheds) and industry experience in an international context. As former European Counsel for McDonald’s and Schlumberger, Remi Delforge has in-depth knowledge of multinational organisations and companies, as well as sports federations in Monaco including the Automobile Club de Monaco, organiser of the Monaco Grand Prix.
