Over the last 15 years, Dmitry has represented clients in Russian courts in commercial disputes, including corporate conflicts and bankruptcy procedures, as well as protected businesses from hostile takeovers. Before coming to work at BGP Litigation, Dmitry was the Head of Legal Analytics at CJSC Agency of Anti-Crisis Technologies and Investments, where he focused on commercial disputes, corporate conflicts, and protection of shareholder rights. Dmitry is listed in the Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Pravo.ru-300 and Kommersant rankings.
