Dilek, who joined our firm in 2004, is head of our Istanbul Litigation Department and is also co-head of our Employment practice, where she focuses on local court cases. She has nearly 25 years of experience in dispute resolution and has been involved over the years in our firm’s most complex litigation matters. Dilek is a Certified Mediator pursuant to the Turkey Mediation Act of 2013.
