Mr. Mohamed joined Levari in 2019 and works within the Corporate and Commercial department.
Mohamed handles clients’ corporate needs in various fields such as corporate governance, employment & social insurance, intellectual property, and drafting agreements and contracts. He works with corporate institutions and companies on various commercial and regulatory projects and provides legal opinions in accordance with Egyptian and UAE laws. Mr. Mohamed also engages in various areas of the law including corporate law, NGOs, labor and civil laws. He attended court sessions and deliberations, as well as drafted memos and legal opinions.
He holds an LLB from Menoufia University, English division and is an active member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2016.
