Sectors & Services

In Singapore, our specialised legal teams advise in business and finance, energy & infrastructure, international trade and commodities, and maritime. Reflecting the international nature of our client base and the cross-border nature of the matters on which we works, the vast majority of our disputes work takes the form of International Arbitration in Singapore and London. Our transactional practice covers major projects in Southeast Asia and beyond including LNG project work, FPSO and vessel finance as well as complex restructuring. To provide an all-round maritime service to its clients, in the last year it has established a group dedicated to ports and terminals.

In 2011, Ince  Singapore entered into a formal law alliance with local law practice, Incisive Law LLC. Members of Incisive Law provide Singapore law advice and represent clients in the Singapore Courts as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. The Incisive Law team also advises on the Singapore law aspects of our transactional practice and brings its own business and finance team to the Alliance. The Alliance allows us to offer its clients a genuine understanding of the local legal and business culture combined with international levels of service and expertise.
