With over 20 years of experience, Benoît Malvaux is a partner in Strelia’s tax practice. He focuses on the tax aspects of M&A and corporate restructurings, stock option plans, financial products, and real estate transactions.

Benoît encourages a negotiated approach of issues where appropriate and has developed an important ruling practice; he has already obtained many rulings for all kinds of clients (including the Belgian State) regarding various complex tax structures.

Benoît Malvaux lectures frequently at conferences on tax issues.

Career

Started his career with two international accounting firms. Partner in the Brussels office of NautaDutilh (2004 – 2012). Joined Strelia as partner in 2013.
