Serkan Pamukkale is Partner at Moral & Partners’ Banking and Finance and Immigration departments and co-headed the Mergers and Acquisitions department. In particular, the firm draws its clients from the automotive, heavy industrials, textiles, and energy sectors. In addition to transactional work, the practice group specialises in corporate governance advice, particularly for family businesses. The team is led by Reşat Moral and Serkan Pamukkale.
