Partner specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions with a focus on public offers, corporate governance as well as in infrastructure investments.

Recent work includes advising Crédit Agricole Assurances (Predica) on (i) its partnership with Altarea, listed on Euronext Paris, relating to major train stations and retail parks in France and in Italy, (ii) a series of transactions on Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL), listed on Euronext Paris, including a mixed public offer of Inmobiliaria Colonial, a Spanish company listed on the Madrid and Barcelona stock exchanges, for SFL and asset swaps with SFL, (iii) its joint-venture with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Groupe La Française on a portfolio of major real estate assets, and (iv) on the financial restructuring of Comexposium Group in its capacity as jointly-controlling shareholder; the majority shareholders of Le Bélier, listed on Euronext Paris, on the acquisition of Le Bélier by Guangdong Wencan Die Casting, a Chinese company listed on the Shanghai stock exchange, via a block sale followed by a mandatory public offer; Qatar Investment Authority in respect of its shareholding in Lagardère, listed on Euronext Paris; and Diageo on its ICC arbitration in respect of its joint venture with LVMH in Moët Hennessy.


Before founding BDGS Associés in 2013, Youssef Djehane was a partner since 1994 at Gide Loyrette Nouel where he started his career in 1986. He was seconded to Allen & Overy, London, in 1990 and then to the World Bank in Washington in 1992.
