Recent work includes advising the French State on the recapitalisation of Air France-KLM in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis; Bouygues Telecom on its telecom infrastructure joint-ventures with Phoenix Tower International, Cellnex and Vauban Infrastructure Partners; Safran on its public offer for Zodiac Aerospace and on its space-launcher joint venture with Airbus Group (Airbus Safran Launchers); Air France-KLM on the sale of Servair to Gategroup; and Sopra on its takeover of Steria.

Career

Before founding BDGS Associés in 2013, Antoine Bonnasse was a partner since 1996 at Gide Loyrette Nouel where he started his career in 1986. He was subsequently seconded, as legal adviser, to the Economic Development Mission of the French Embassy in Washington DC (1987-1988).
