Partner specialising in French and international tax law focusing on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, real estate transactions and management packages. Recent work includes advising Bouygues Telecom on its joint-venture with Phoenix Tower International; Groupe La Poste and La Banque Postale on the creation of a major public financial pole via the acquisition by La Banque Postale of a 42% stake in CNP Assurances; the majority shareholders of Le Bélier on the acquisition of Le Bélier by Wencan via a block sale followed by a mandatory public offer; Crédit Agricole Assurances on its acquisition of Charterhouse Capital Partners’s stake in the Comexposium Group; and Tikehau Group on its acquisition of several portfolios of commercial and residential assets and on its sale together with Foncière Atland to Blackstone of a portfolio of 22 industrial assets.


Before joining BDGS Associés in 2015, Nelson Da Riba was an associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel where he started his career in 2008. He became partner at BDGS Associés in 2019.
