Partner specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions with a focus on public offers, corporate governance as well as in infrastructure investments.

Recent work includes advising the main shareholders of Artefact on the acquisition of Artefact by Ardian Expansion via a block sale followed by a mandatory public offer ; advising CAA on its acquisition of Eolia Renovables in consortium with Engie from Alberta Investment Management Corporation; and advising Crédit Agricole Assurances as a reference shareholder of Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) in respect of the public offer launched by Inmobiliara Colonial and asset swaps with SFL.

Career

Before joining BDGS Associés in 2013, François Baylion was an associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel where he started his career in 2009. He became partner at BDGS Associés in 2019.
