The clinical negligence practice at Freeths LLP consists of 'high-quality advisers' handling high-value brain, birth, cerebral palsy, obstetric and orthopaedic cases, as well as matters concerning stillbirth and neonatal death. The latter types of cases are a specialism of 'hugely respected, approachable and very able' team lead Carolyn Lowe. Clients further recommend 'clear but subtle' solicitor Lucy Habgood and senior associate Lynne Foster , who 'understands cases from a personal perspective'. Another key member in the team is brain injury lawyer Catherine Bell. Leading lawyer Cecily Cameron retired at the end of 2016.
