Balvinder specialises in agricultural and rural work, acting for farmers, landowners and landed estates. His work ranges from the acquisition, development and disposal of landed estates, farms and bare agricultural land, to advice on Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and farm business tenancies.

Balvinder also has a number of commercial clients involved in a various development projects, which involves the acquisition of commercial premises or development sites, undertaking all aspects of lending work and negotiating planning documentation. He also acts for a number of lenders, where borrowing is being offered to rural land owners/farmers, and acts on behalf of the lender to complete the due diligence in connection with the proposed security.

Balvinder qualified in 2004 and was made a Partner in 2017.
