Position

Jonathan heads Freeths’ corporate team in Milton Keynes where he has gained a reputation for his commercial and client focused approach to transactions. His expertise covers M&As, MBOs, joint ventures and corporate restructuring as well as banking and finance. His team has handled some highly complex and substantial deals, providing expert input on funding and structuring of transactions.

Career

Jonathan trained at Slaughter and May where he gained significant corporate law experience, before joining Kimbells and becoming a partner in 1996. When the firm merged with Freeths at the end of 2011, he became managing partner of the Milton Keynes office.

Education

Rossall School, Fleetwood; Mansfield College, Oxford (1986 MA Geography); College of Law, Lancaster Gate (1988 CPE and Law Finals).
