Position
Charlotte is an Associate in the private client team. She deals with the administration of all types of estates, and has experience of dealing with larger and more complex estates including charitable estates.
Charlotte advises on the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the preparation of Declaration of Trusts.
Charlotte joined the firm as a Solicitor in March 2015. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently studying for the examination in Advanced Will Preparation.
Charlotte is a member of the Freeths Oxford Initiate team and a member of the Oxford Young Professionals Society. Charlotte has been an active member of the firm’s Charity & Social committee, raising money for Freeths’ chosen charities.
