Position
Pandora is a Senior Associate in Freeths’ Construction team and specialises in all aspects of construction and engineering law. She has particular expertise in advising on bespoke and standard form building contracts, consultants’ appointments, sub-contracts, bonds, warranties, guarantees, and framework agreements. Pandora can advise on the construction aspects of associated transactional documents such as agreements for lease, development agreements and loan agreements.
Her clients include developers, funds, local authorities, contractors, architects, engineers, project managers and insurers. Pandora is also experienced in acting for clients in contentious matters in both proceedings (including adjudication, arbitration, mediation and other ADR) and pre-action dispute avoidance.
