Career
Renata started her legal career in 2005 as a trainee at Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs) in Birmingham and qualified into the finance law team, specialising in banking, asset based lending and restructuring. She undertook a secondment in 2010-2011 at RBS Group Legal in London, advising on general enquiries, but focussing on those relating to RBS Invoice Finance Limited.
In 2012, Renata joined the banking and finance team at Tamimi & Company, Dubai, UAE, advising on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, particularly property and hospitality financings and restructuring.
Renata joined Freeths as a director in the banking & finance team in Birmingham in 2018, advising on all banking and finance matters, in particular acquisition finance, property finance and asset based lending. Renata also has experience of restructuring matters, including portfolio review and exit planning for financiers and options analysis for borrowers.
