AMPERSAND’s patent litigation team consists of two partners and two associates. Munich / Germany is the sole office of AMPERSAND.

If it is patent litigation, AMPERSAND does it. We have extensive experience in SEP litigation but have also a substantial industry client base. We worked for medium size companies as well as multinationals. Telecommunications or pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering or electronics – we do the lot.

All partners in our patent litigation team have seen 200+ court cases in patent litigation. We are active in all German patent litigation courts – with the obvious focus on Duesseldorf, Mannheim and Munich. If a case is preliminarily technical but is handled as a design case or an unfair competition case or the like, we do it. For antitrust issues we involve boutique law firms with a focus on that. We always work with external patent attorneys that we pick in accordance with client’s needs.
