Aurélie Fournier joined the Paris Bar in 2003. She started her career at Salans that later became Dentons, and was elected to the partnership in 2014. She joined Dethomas Peltier Juvigny & Associés in 2019.

Aurélie Fournier advises corporate clients and top management on strategic employment law issues. Renowned of her expertise in international mobility (expatriation/secondment), compensation plans, departure of top management /executive and corporate officers, mandatory and optional profit-sharing plans and psycho-social hazards (moral and sexual harassment / discrimination…). She advises clients involved in mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations, as well as on issues related to staff representatives, the negotiation and signature of collective agreements,

She is a seasoned litigator with significant experience defending clients in both individual disputes and complex collective disputes with unions, works councils and other employees representative bodies.

She regularly conducts training courses, particularly in the prevention of psycho-social hazards.
