Mr Jens Lundgren
Position
Jens is a partner specialising in Swedish construction law. He has particular expertise in advising clients on procurement strategies and contract structure including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, framework agreements and other types of contracts in connection with construction projects.
Career
Before founding Wimert Lundgren he was legal counsel at NCC Construction Sverige AB 2007–2011. Prior to that he had worked as a construction lawyer at the Swedish Construction Federation 2001–2007. Jens worked at a district court 1999–2001. Jens was involved in negotiating and drafting several standard forms of contract used in the Swedish construction industry, including AB 04 and ABT 06. He was a member of the Swedish Construction Contracts Committee 2008–2012.
