Amitai and his team provide a wide variety of legal work to Israel’s leading entrepreneurs and construction companies, foreign investors and private and individual developers. The team covers all aspects of real estate work from A to Z, from locating the properties, purchasing, financing, urban planning, marketing and so on until the property is built, registered and delivered to the consumer. Amitai and his team have wide-ranging experience in all kinds of real estate activities in Israel, such as residential, commercial, industrial, offices and agricultural lands, as well as all kinds of transactions, such as cash deals, combination deals, groups of buyers, self-developing, sale and lease back deals. Erlich is advising Caesarea Investments on several major development projects, including two residential and commercial projects in Jaffa, one of which is near the iconic Jaffa Clock Tower. Erlich is also acting for Azorim Construction Company in relation to several projects, such as the establishment of a new neighbourhood in Be’er Sheva, which will include 2,400 residential units, in addition to hotels, office buildings and a large commercial space. The team is also handling a litany of high-value developments for Reisdor Group and Gabay Group. Moreover, the department has extensive experience with real estate investment transactions, where it has advised real estate funds, including Boulevard Fund, family investors and property holding companies such as Issta Lines Group.

Goldman, Erlich, Edelstein, Avigad & Co. has an enviable client base of contractors and real estate developers, which the team advises on TAMA 38 and evacuate-rebuild projects throughout Israel, including some in particularly high-profile locations. Indeed, the firm is currently involved in approximately 120 urban renewal projects. A key figure in the team is Ori Avigad, who is acting for Tal Bar Construction and Supervision in relation to over 30 TAMA 38 projects primarily in Ramat Gan and Givatayim. Avigad is also engaged by clients such as Rimon Group, Ampa Israel, and Gabay Group. Additionally, managing partner Amitai Erlich is advising the Boulevard Fund on over ten urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv.
