Before Ori Avigad joined the firm, he was a senior partner at Lipa Meir & Co., and before that he was the head of real estate and projects in the legal department at Bank Hapoalim Ltd. Ori’s main practice is financing. Ori and his team provide a wide variety of legal work to Israel’s leading banks, insurance companies, funds, investors, entrepreneurs and construction companies, energy and infrastructure companies. The team covers all aspects of financing legal work, such as the making of collaterals, loans (such as construction or mezzanine loans), syndication documents and creditors agreements. Ori and his team have wide-ranging experience in all kinds of finance activities, such as real estate financing, energy and infrastructure financing and other commercial loans and financing. In addition, Ori is a senior partner in the real estate department, specialising in urban renewal projects. Ori and his team provide legal work to entrepreneurs and construction companies on one side and the land and apartment owners on the other side, including creating the agreements and all other documents, finding solutions to legal matters during the negotiations, project financing, etc.
