Quinz notably excels in acting for undertakings in abuse of dominance investigations; although this specialism applies to a wide range of regulated industries, the firm is particularly active in the pharmaceutical sector. Elsewhere, the team has expertise in cartel investigations, competition litigation, state aid and merger control. It also advises clients on cooperation arrangements (including distribution agreements) and also provides assistance with compliance training. Wim De Meester, who co-heads the practice with Olivier Van Obberghen, was one of the advisers to Ethias on a joint venture with Weerts Group to jointly develop a logistics warehouse portfolio in Europe.
