Marta specializes in real estate, corporate law, and purchase of luxury yachts.
Having represented both buyers and sellers, Marta boasts vast experience in share deals, asset deals
and sale of enterprises or their business units.
She has consulted on joint venture transactions, numerous mergers (incl. cross-border ones),
sale of production plants and acquisition of shares in a range of companies.
Marta is highly experienced in real estate transactions. For instance, she has assisted Strabag with a number of such deals (including sale and acquisition of real properties in downtown Warsaw). She has also worked with Adventum International, Mapletree, Immobel, Icon Real Estate, and Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (among others).
Marta consults on the purchase of luxury yachts, representing Polish and international clients in negotiations and execution of shipbuilding contracts.
