Tanya Meedom is head of Elmann’s IPR team run as an independent legal entity (Elmann IPR Law Firm).

Tanya advises on protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademark, design and copyrights, as well as IT law and marketing law.

Tanya has considerable experience with handling matters related to digital marketing, including domain name infringements and protection and enforcement of rights against illegitimate abuse on the internet, social media and apps.

In addition Tanya has extensive experience in drafting and advising on all forms of commercial agreements, including license, royalty, distribution and agent agreements.
