Adv. Nir Cohen Sasson is a senior partner in the firm, who specializes in corporate and securities law in Israel and also in mergers and acquisitions of public companies traded on the TASE. Adv. Cohen Sasson provides legal advice and assistance to public and private companies, in IPOs and secondary market offerings, and in a gamut of legal and commercial issues relating to corporations traded on the TASE, in companies’ day-to-day commercial operations, and in complex transaction processes in the Israeli capital market, with particular focus on deals involving the acquisition of control of public companies, tender offers, financing transactions, structural changes and mergers, and complex capital and debt raisings. Likewise, he represents numerous clients in diverse investment projects (establishment of partnerships, founders and shareholders agreements, and collaboration agreements), and provides them with ongoing legal counsel and support throughout all the stages of the project. He also represents public companies that are active in a wide range of sectors, including real estate in Israel and abroad, industry, motor vehicles, investments,

and hotels, and represents foreign companies in debt raisings in Israel, including complex debt raisings. Adv. Cohen Sasson has over 15 years’ experience in the capital market practice. He began his legal career at the firm in 2004 as a pre-intern and joined the firm as a lawyer in 2006, becoming a partner in 2012.
