Position

Peter Dianati provides advice and conducts litigation and arbitration proceedings in connection with construction work for some of the largest Danish Construction Firms for the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. In doing so, Peter Dianati conducts many cases and advises on expert surveys (AB 92 § 45) and expert opinions on security provided (AB 92 § 46) under the general conditions for provision on works and supplies within building and engineering (AB 92). Furthermore, Peter Dianati is an experienced litigator in matters regarding tort and insurance law. Finally, Peter Dianati is a regular columnist in the leading Danish construction newspaper (Licitation) where he together with Jeppe Reipurth writes about the latest case law in construction disputes.
