Career

Nuno Cerejeira Namora is a founding partner of Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão and is recognised by the Portuguese Bar Association as a Specialist Lawyer in Employment Law.

He holds a Master’s in Labour Law from Portucalense Infante D. Henrique University, having presented the thesis “Moral harassment or mobbing: Iure Condendo Solutions”.

With a law degree from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, he also completed two postgraduate courses: one in Labour Law, from Moderna Univerity and the other in Labour Offenses and Special Labour Contracts, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
