Career
after having accrued a significant experience in the law firm Toffoletto & Associati, he joined Erede e Associati in 1996 (which in 1999 became Bonelli Erede Pappalardo), where, as a partner from 2001, took up the position as head of Corporate & Finance Department. In 2011 he founded Hi.Lex – Avvocati Associati and then joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in April 2016. In nearly 30 years of professional activity he has gained a significant experience in relation to M&A and other extraordinary transactions, both domestic and international, capital markets transactions (such as takeover bids, translisting, IPO’s and capital increases), as well as in relation to corporate advice, litigation and commercial contracts.
