She began her practice in the Intellectual Property and Information and Technology department of Dewey & LeBoeuf Milan and joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2012. She has significant experience of media and data protection (privacy) matters, in both contentious and non-contentious contexts, including corporate transactions. Marta has assisted a primary operator in the internet and communications sector on an ongoing basis since 2011, providing support on all data protection and information technology matters. Marta is the Italian referral contact for the AndCo Law Alliance, where she provides her assistance to local and international clients in the e-commerce, data protection, consumer protection and advertising areas.
