As a result of his extensive experience dealing with trustees and trust companies in the Channel Islands, Pervaze seamlessly navigates the regulatory and fiduciary requirements specific to the region when acting on multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Two years later a new law was issued by the National Assembly containing more than 80 amendments, additions and repeals (Law No 891) which came into force December 18th, 2014.
